15 Attribute Points???!!!

Ok, I have two account one with my main characters on and one which I use as a storage account..

I let my buddy use my storage account for a while and he created a necro which I now want to play..

He told me he did all the quest and missions in the game.. (which he didn't but close)...

Anyway this acct has 185 attribute points... I need to get the last 15 done. I have done this 4 other times on my 4 other characters so it should be a no brainer right? Wrong..

So I check in the desert and make sure hes got all "The Path" quests done, which he didn't so I finished them up.. I'm a N/Mo and have Mesmer, Warrior, Ranger, and Ele completed..

I go to Droknar's Forge and try and speak with Vanyi and she won't give me any quest.. I check the Qwest log and guess what is't 100% empty.. so it isn't like I already have the quest.

I spend about 2 hours going arround every town / mission in the desert (but primarly to Hero's, Seekers, and Destiny's) and looked for any ghost who would give me a quest.. no ghost in any desert town will give me a quest..

Then I thought (just incase someone thinks the same thing) maybe he completed the game without ascending by getting run to Droks and skipping asenction for some reason.. but this character does have Dragon's Layer open and completed.

Suggestions?
