Was wondering how much will this hammer go for?

Cold Dmg 19-35 (req 8 hammer mastery)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Health +30
Armor Penetration +10% (Chance 10%)

I am not sure. I bought a req 10 one but I took the buyout when the bids were way under it as I collect them and didnt want to lose it. I would be interested in purchasing it so I can take another perfect one off of the market. I would say 80-100k as items have been falling in value. If you decide on a price I would be most gratefull to have the opprotunity to purchase it.
