Hello... is there a maximum number of attribut points you can get if you get them from quests and also from levelling does that mean you could have full attribute points in every area?... also what do skill points actually do? Sorry i'm quite new still learning

Every character gets 200 attribute points maximum.
Most come from leveling to max level 20.
The remaining attribute points are late game quest rewards.
Skill points are acquired through questing and leveling as well.
I believe that there is no limit on skill points available and you can acquire them still after level 20.
Skill points are spent each time you want to learn a new skill from a trainer.
Hope this helps.

No, there are no more.
The desert and Droknar's Forge are the only two quests.

Well, I thought I answered your question. Let me simplify.
1) Get to level 20.
2) See how many attribute points short of 200 you are.
3) Look for attribute quest rewards to make up the difference.
The attribute quest rewards are as Mirrasi said.
Are you asking if you can continue on or backtrack to "all" areas after you've obtained the maximum 200 attribute points?
If so, please be more specific.
The number is still 200. What about that doesn't answer your question?
