I am buying a very certain shield (skin doesn't matter to me, the uglier the better) with these stats:
Tactics: max req of 9
Strength: max req of 12
Armor: 16
Armor +8 (vs. Earth or Piercing attacks)
Received damage -2 (while in a stance)
I do not want "while hexed" or "while enchanted" mods. Will pay 20k for this shield. IGN Dawn Merom.
