Clash of the Titans

To get the quests u have to beat the final mission in the fire islands. Once you do u get teleported to forge. From there go to the Glint statue and kneel to get the avatar of glint to appear. Talk to her and get the Defend Droks quest. Beat that then return to the avatar to get Defend Denravi, Defend North Kryta Province, and Last Day Dawns quests. You cant really farm on LDD so i do D Denravi. Talk to shadow in denravi then go out to tangle root. Dont talk to Evennia just kep going u will find alot of titans. Hope i helped.

I find using a warrior to farm Titans slow and boring since you waste around 30 seconds to just kill one titan at a time. I find an invic-necro kills faster but then again it's for a warrior to farm titans if they don't have a monk, necro, or mesmer.

Farming Titans? It has been my craze for the last few weeks. I have fallen out of love though. My drops have bottomed out. Now all I get is useful for raw materials. I think I have like 85 claws. Are they good for anything?

Farming titans is a good challenge and it is free. The best gold titan armour I found had a superior divine monk rune on it. I can usually take on 6 without a problem. I was running W/ME axe build but I have found sword to be more effective. Bleeding is nice. The only real challenge is wind titans, rotting titans, wild growths and group of 8 or more.
I have never gotten a decent drop from the wild or rotting ones. I remain hopeful that a gold magmas shield will drop.

The Wind titans were really a pain because they were in most groups and will keep you blinded until they are dead. I got tired of being blinded so I went with Illusionary weaponry to make those wind titans pay and to speed up the run. I generally target them first, second, and third. I generally activate elemental resistance and illusionary weaponry and charge the wind titans. It gets a little rough sometimes on the way in.

Here is my current build,

Sever artery - bleed em dry

Savage slash - nice against spell users and trolls ungent - that covers every titan. It is lovely to interupt the blinding spell!

Illusionary Weaponry - really only use it against wind titans

I will survive - one of my favorite skills these days -primarily for wind titans, rotting titans, and wild growths - Very very handy

Watch yourself - a little support - good once wind titans are dead. Helps when the pressure is up and IW is not. Useful when combined with dolyacts for fighting rotting titans and wild growths.

Dolyacts - my favorite farming tool - Usually get 18 seconds on it

elemental resistance - A beautiful skill that makes the whole thing possible. Don't activate when fighting wilds and rottings. It is bad when they are part of a mixed group.

healing signet

I use glad armor and 2 superiors and assorted minors
collectors Stance shield or while hexed version and a variety of swords.

Inspiration 3- 4
Stength 12
Sword 11
Tactics 12

It is a good challenge but I think I may need to rotate my crops. LOL! I just found a gold sword with a 19% enchant mod and +17 damage when hexed last night (somewhere else). It will work good with IW. It is one point less than max but who cares!

Question: Do I have to get to Defend Dev. or can I stick to farming Titans from the last mission.

These Nature Titans... are they the ones outside Lion's Arch or Henge of Denravi?

I started doing this run to, alot of fun, the animations on the faces of the
Titans are funny, but I get interrupted alot when trying to get IW going, then
it is a long wait and heal to get it back again, any tricks here other than
using MoC ?? I tried make sure I was not totally surrounded but they are good
interrupters..

Same problem here, just make sure you dont have Maelstrom bouncing off your head. Not much of a problem out of Lions, but from Denravi its a bitch. Seems everygroup has two growths and thats no good, so far I havent done much from Denravi. Im not geared in Gladiators but I dont think energy is the problem, its just hard and time consuming...

Either Kvndoom or someone else, can u plz post the skills, that Etterwyn Wanderer uses also her armour and the runes u use would be nice aswell + is ur 2 nd build sutiable for a axe warrior by replacing gash and sever artery with any good offensive adren axe skills?

You said you had empty skill slots.... wouldn't flurry up your dmg output by 33%?

it was fun trying out this build. i did change it a bit because i found myself never actually using my sword skills since im almost always blind, so, the growths were becoming a pain but i managed to get around them by interupting their troll aurg.

my problem trying to use a sword interupting skills for that was either i was always out of energy trying not to die from poison or i was using IW atm and u cant use melle skills while on IW. i brought with me cry of frustration and it woked pretty good. i know the energy thing is a problem but i can change to a staff pretty fast to cas it. i finished the quest alone using this build

ok im having troubles agianst the rotting titans and the wild growths, especially when they r in groups i die fast, does ne1 have ne tips for fighting agianst these guys?? like what skills i should put up agianst then or something??
