storm 5k-15k (dont think any1 would want these tho, really low damage mod only good thing is the req)

cane & prot like 5-15k depends on the buyer. lots of the buyers want double modded, not single modded sa these are, so they are hard to sell. maybe u run into a mesmer (a what!?! a mesmer!) who wants it for a few k.
