Health +45 (while enchanted)

Is this worth much or is it merchant food plz tell me

little question on the run... ive seen lot of collectoritems but r those all +30 always? or do u have +45hp enchanted collectors?

i dont know (i got it from a friend fr a shiverspeak key
we were doing chest runs and he wasted his key then he gived me this for it^

the droks crafter makes dualmod +5 armour/+45hp while enchanted ones for about 6k, so I can't see anyone really wanting this except because it's gold...

then the price is like 5-15k. some like gold, other like stats&collectors item. i personaly like originality (skin skin skin) above the 1 more damage that i will do
