I was wondering, a friend got this axe for 60k. How much can he resell it for?

Chaos axe, max dmg, [req. 12 Axe Mastery] [dmg +15% ^ 50]
[Zealos , +30 hp.]

the upgrades are added by him, i am asking for the base. He bought it clean.
