who to contact

Hey there guys OB here again with another dumb question.

I recieved a character ban due to the name...(no im not here to complain) I read through the sites and I am confused with the contact information I have found.

Mb the guy from michigan can give me a clue as to whom I should contact to resolve it?

everyone else confused with the contact info at the guildwars site? I just dont get it. There is no clear emails for the departments.
