no 19-35 is max yours is 18 - 35

Also requirement has nothing to do with extra damage, it's the amount of attribute points you put into your weapon mastery, you won't be doing the max damage listed on the weapon unless you have 12. Same with critical hits if you read the description when you change your points it's all about how much you invest, the higher the attribute points the more chance of a critical you will have with that weapon, totally unrelated to the weapons requirement.

The only reason lower requirement weapons are more expensive/sought after is because they are generally more rare and are more flexible for builds that don't require high or the 12 required for the weapons max damage such as farming etc.

My advice would be to salvage for the sundering and hope to get it

except for a couple near max weapons that no max ones have been proven found or a caster item with great mods non-max = exp salvage or merch imo
