Looking for a PC on a Storm Bow that is 15% always, armor -10 while attacking, 15-28, req. 9. The mods are crap. Also, is it worth putting some decent mods on it to sell?

as for the mods, i'd suggest getting a 10/10 sundering (crap though they are if you look at the maths), and a +30 hp on it, as this will probably reap more than you bought them for
