from what ive heard any max dam dwarven axe clean is 35-40k

That's just not true (in europe at least) I've seen loads of max's for sale much below 35k (try 12k max), I even have two of them, reqs 9 and 12, didn't even pay 12k for them, but they are good for screenies ^_^
