What is it worth and would it make much of a difference if I added perfect mods?

Yes, perfect mods would up your price. As far as your current stats, I have no idea.

imo Do not 'perfect mod' it poeple dont buy it for the 10/10 +30
but for the 15>

most poeple hav there own perso fav mods..
10/10 just looks gd thats all its a useless upgrade .
