PC on a purple shield and a gold sword (noob D:)

- Recieved damage -1 while enchanted
- Health +15 while in a stance

Item - Zealous Scimitar of Swordsmanship
Item Stats: Scimitar (GOLD)
- 15 - 22 damage
- +20% damage while hexed
- Swordsmanship +1 / 17% chance while using skills
- Energy gain on hit +1
- Energy regeneration -1

I appreciate any help on this. The items seem kind of noobish, but dual mods on the shield (thought it's not 16) and the 17% on the sword with zealous made me want to doublecheck their value.
