and if you dont know what energy denial is its when they sap all your energy and u can hide it with -nrg items..

It's also useful if you have <15 mana and want to use Purge Signet but don't want to spend any mana on it. Since it's free you can swap from a +10 focus to a -5 weapon and use it without cost, no matter how much stuff you remove.
