Well of Power is excellent if you want to replace BiP with Blood Ritual. Purely a matter of situation and your personal choice.
I don't actually like heal area very much in a support role and just stick with heal party, healing breeze and Orison (too many enchant heals make baby jesus cry when they get shattered)
Pure battery is tough so you might want to consider a little bit of dmg or protection to compliment the build.
Off the top of my head
N/Mo Pure support, monk assist.
BiP
Blood Ritual (when you don't want to or can't sac the 33%)
Blood Renewal (or even mending)
Well of Blood
Orison
Heal Party
Healing Breeze
Rebirth

just me but I refuse to run anything more than blood ritual and ONLY when im doing orders..
ene management is a key element to the game..
when im doing orders in topk Ill bring BR for the mm mostly so he can get off an extra minion before moving to the next group...
or if the rangers noob out and tank and the monk is bustin his butt to keep them alive ill hit him with br .. since its not his fault the rangers are hosing the team and not letting the MM do his job ( it does happen that some silly ranger goes in and pulls the entire MAP while the MM is healing his minions for the next area and moving to it.)

i have a question, saccing is considered damage correct?,and prot spirit says u only gain 10% from each dmg,or w/e it is...would prot spirit stop the other 23% of bip?even br?
TheLordOfBlah
I have tested this and unfortunatley, no prot spirit does not reduce dmg from saccing.

Sacrificing isn't (or at least shouldn't be) considered dmg.
Samuel, I think that is a bit selfish. While I agree energy managament is an import thing to learn, sometimes the situation requires a little help. It is a team game after all.
One could also say that with the right skill build and learning to agro properly you shouldn't need a monk at all, as health managment is a key element of the game.
If you have a very tight build and just can't spare the slot then I can see it, but if you are going as battery (which is what the OP was asking for) BR or BiP is definately a requirement if not both.

There are many options to consider when you want to run a Battery Necro. First off Battery means BiP..support means BR. First lets compare them.
BiP 5E 33% sac for +6 E regen (or 2E/sec) for duration.
BR 10E 17% for +3E regen (1E/sec) for duration.
OK i dont have gw open but lets just assume its 10 sec bip at +6 and 14 sec BR at +3. These are arbitrary approximates not exacts but around 12 or 13 blood I think.
In 10 Sec Bip will produce 20E. In 12 sec BR will produce 14E. So basically (ignoring the health aspect so far) BR gives 40% more E than you gave up. BiP produces 400% more E. The difference is huge.
Now how else do you want to help out the group? Do you want to add some debuff, damage, support?
Damage..
Life Syphon - dual purpose enemy degen and regen to help with the Sacs from BiP.
Vamp Gaze and Shadow Strike- damage and health replacement (ideal after bips with VampGaze)
Parasitic Bond - minor degen but again some extra self heals
Dark Pact - damage and with Life Syphons around easily self healed.
Debuff
Shadow of Fear - anti melee
Enfeebling Blood or Enfeeble - anti melee again
Mark of Subversion - One shot self heal and monk annoyance.
Faintheartedness - Degen and antiwarrior
Support
Aegis - Def
Heal Party - anti degen or relieve some monk pressure
Mend Ailment or now Mend Condition - relieve monks
Holy Veil or Remove Hex - monk relief
Judges Insight - warrior buff
Strength of Honor - Warrior Buff
Dark Fury / OoP - warrior buffs
Well of Blood - AoE regen
Draw Conditions - lets monk remove conditions from one person
Those are just ideas off the top of my head there are definately more to look at.
The core skills are:
BiP
Blood Renewal
Rez of some kind
I use Protective Bond.. as Im usually out of battle it lets me run very low hp for bipn and not have to worry too much about stray attacks(keep you hp around 100 if your not very experienced at this so you can still be Rebirthed if you die) Prot Spirit could be used here also if you prefer.
That leaves 4 utility spots to use as your build needs. I do recommend you choose an area to focus on. ie damage etc.
Let your monks know you are using Blood Renewal and that they should not need to heal you unless your under fire.
There is no need to BiP right away, let the fight get started, throw out some LS or whatever then start BiPn. You may also want to let your teammates know they wont need and Energy Management Elite while your with the team. Some still run one but at least offer it.
GL and HF and enjoy the versatility you possess =]
