My RP character is a level 15 Monk and I feel like I'm not seeing as many skill quests as I did with my previous RP character. The only difference between the two is that my Monk never went to Piken Square for the quests there. Instead I just ran some missions and skipped it. Now it seems like Skill Quests aren't available for me at all, and I don't know what to do.
How do quests work? Do some quest givers in towns require you do quests in previous towns before they will even give you a quest? It seems like I haven't had a skill quest in over 5 levels. Every skill i've acquired has come lately from Trainers, and I'm running out of skill points to buy them with.

yes, some quests are triggered by other quests im not sure which ones though i know that the 15 attribute point quests later on require a previous quest to be complete though and thats about the extent of my knowledge on the subject.
