Armor types

What is the difference between PVE and PVP armor? Also, can you bring PVE armor into PVP to wear?

Well the difference is the armor you have in PvE is what you wear in PvE, and what you have in PvP is for the character you have in PvP....And no you can't take PvE armor into PvP. But what you can do is PvP with your PvE character and then you can where whatever armor you have, But if you have a PvE character and a PvP character, you cant transfer the armor over or anything like that.

Stat-wise there is no difference.. and Yes. You can bring PVE armor to a PVP match.

Honestly I'm not sure exactly what the difference is as far as looks.. I think some styles might be offered over others.. or it all looks the same. not sure really as I don't have a set pvp slot (Just three PVP monks atm.)

edit: and just to clarify Silhouette, you can bring PVE armor in to PVP to wear.. but you can't give it to a PVP character (one starting at 20) because all armor is customized to the character it was made/created for.

creating a character with the same name as one of your other PVE or PVP characters is futile as the armor is bound to a specific character and not a name.

If you make a PVP only character you can only get certain types of armor, where as in PvE you have all of the options, But if you make a PvE char first, you can go into PvP arenas with that armor.

Only PvE Wars can have a Lieutenants Helms, though.
