Bowyer is in the market for a gorgeous new/used recurve bow. Max damage and 15% additional damage [either always or when health is above 50%] is a must. Marksmanship requirement is not a concern - so long as it's 12 or below. Additional modifications are of no concern, either. No minus armor or minus energy modifications, though.
