Where do i get the two 15 attribute quests?

Can any tell me where i can find both quests and do i have to beat the game to get to one of them or both or do i have to be asscend

After you have ascended, goto:

1. Destiny's Gorge (in the Crystal Desert) and talk to "Annelle Fipps" for the "The Forgotten Ones" quest. Do this and this will take you "Sariss Yassith" who you'll get the "Forgotten Wisdom" quest. Complete this and you will be rewarded with 15 attribute points.

2. In Droknar's Forge, by storage, talk to "Vanyi" to get the "Hero's Challenge" quest. Once you have it, goto Copperhammer Mines and her sister will be outside (south exit). Complete the quest for 15 points.

To add note, in order to get the second attribute quest in Droknar's Forge, you first need to complete at least one secondary profession change quest. Doesn't matter which one you do, just need to get one completed then Vanyi will offer you the Hero's Challenge quest.

No wonder I couldn't get the second one. I'll go complete a secondary mission without switching class and try again.
