There are a couple I use and recommend. Mending will give you health regen, Live Vicariously would give you health back or vigorous spirit. Also Balthazars spirit will help your adrenaline attack skills recharge faster by giving you back adrenaline. That is a good one if your out for a more damage dealing build vs a stance build or equal build.

I wouldn't go with mending. I'd go with watchful spirit as the enchant Unless you want to spend some points on healing.

If you are only looking to make use of the bonus on the weapon, Vigorous Spirit is probably the way to go. 5 energy with 30 sec duration and no upkeep.

It depends on your role (turtle tank or offensive), on your group (do you have a reliable monk or not), and on your opponents (do you expect enchant removal or not). If you need the enchanted bonus from your weapon, it looks like you're playing an offensive character, so smiting is probably your best option on a W/Mo unless you don't trust your healers.
- On an offensive character, you might want 'fire and forget' enchantments such as Strength of Honor, or long enchants such as Conjure XX, or good damage buffs like Judge's Insight.
- As a defensive character in a PuG with bad healers or henchmen, Mending is very popular. However in a good group or with good monks, it's a waste of energy.
- Balthazar Spirit is good if you're the main target (read: gear/book tank). The energy/adrenaline income is a good way to toggle all your stances easily.
- As mentioned by Mish, Vigorous Spirit is a good fodder against enchantment removal.
