WTB +1 Death Magic 20% Staff Wrapping

Yea, this isnt' for me, but for a guildie of mine. He can't find one in game and I said I post this here to see if I could get anything for him.

He wants Staff Wrapping of Death Magic +1 20% chance.

I think he wants it to be under 100k, because he found one for 300k and he said he isn't gonna pay that much for that. So if you can go as cheap as you can he'd appreciate it and I will too.
