This seems like one of the best bows I've found IMHO, but I wanted to know what a realistic price for it would be:

Max damage (15-28), Cold damage,
Req Marksmanship 8
+14% damage w/ Health above 50%
Enchantments last 20% longer

I'd say 10-15K to the right buyer. 14>50 is only 1 off max and it's one less req than the greens. The enchanting mod is perfect, although not the most desirable mod. But I don't trade much in bows so this is just a guess.
