I have lots of rarecrafting materials to sell to the trader soon but my question is that: if I sell like 1000 steelingots to the trader does the sell amount keep the same like "70G" each or does it go lower at higher count?

Not sure how it actually works but I have sold large volumes of materials and noticed that the price can drop mariginaly.
Example: I had 500 Tanned hide squares and sold to trader at about 120g/10 then after 200 it dropped to like 110g/10 for the rest.

I would try and sell them to players. Rare Materials have to be sold 1 at a time. I would not want to have to do that 1000 times (Request Quote > Sell).

I agree, it would be much better to sell them to the merchant if you have that many. I only sell to players if I see some one type "WTB ......." otherwise, it isn't worth the time. Why spend hours trying to sell at a fraction for than the trader will buy at?

to answer you question, yes, the value will go down. The prices the trader sell/buys at are based on supply and demand.

If you sell the prices will drop somewhat, if you buy they will go up.

Basic supply and demand. As you sell to the merchant, he starts to become overstocked so he won't pay as much. If you keep buying, he starts to "run low" on his quantities and will up his price.

I am not sure of the exact amounts but that is how it works.

It would really be nice to be able to sell in larger quantities though and if he feels there is a breakpoint in price he can say "I can only take X number at this price, do you accept?" Then he takes just that many and you can do it again.

I could sell them to players... yes but IM about to buy 50,000 steel ingots for 400k so is that good deal ??? or what? if I could sell em to the trader: then I still would get arround 1 mill. and to players around 3 mill if all goes like I expect, but I dont wanna spend 3 months on selling steel ingots

Just sell them to the trader, if you got bulk sell it to the trader. I sold around 235 steel ingots and got my golds worth and the price was aroun 90 gold each. Read the status quote it says Prices Vary and will Fluncuate that means prices will go up and down. Armors don't require that much steel ingots, so best bet to sell to the trade.

If the above is correct then hell yes its a good deal, just do the math

400,000 / 50,000 = 8g per ingot

reselling to trader at average of say 85g per = 50,000 x 85 = 4,250,000g
