I need a PC on this bow Golden Shadow Bow

Piercing Dmg 15-28 (req 12 markmanship)
Dmg +14% while in stance
enchantments last 16% longer

It has a bit high req, and the mods aren't perfect, so I would guess around 2-4k? The skins is a bit popular, so you might get a bit for it.
