PC - Gold Perfect (i think) insightful devine fav staff

Meh, hope you didn't put those mods on there yourself. It only has one inherent mod - the 10% recharge. In my opinion, it not worth modding with the +5 insightful and +1 divine mods. It is worth exactly what the mods are worth.

its not perfect
salvage it and then u know the value, either 15k for +5 energy or some unknown price for the +1 divine 20%

or sell for 15k or whatever

There isn't any way to MAKE it perfect, because what makes it perfect is the inherent mods, which can't be changed.

basemods. like u cannot make a 14^50 sword a 15^50 sword, perfect staff have 2 base mods:

1.halves casting time
2.havles recharge time

and only these 2 are valueable.

perfects are:
universal
10%recharge
10%halves casting

skill type
20%recharge of ... skills
20%halvess casting of ... skills

u cannot add or remove these mods, so only these mods tell you if the staff is perfect.

(other mods are like 20% reduces condition)

if you wanna takl about one handed weapons instead of staffs its a different story.

Not to be mean but, it's a piece of shit.
you screwed the staff up by adding the insightful
staff head +5 on it. jst cross your fingers and pray that when you
do decide to salvage the staff that you get the Devine favor +1 (20%)
instead of the insightful staff head. or piles of wood
