Me and a guildie have been playing around with this.

16 Energy Storage
12 Blood Magic
rest in Earth Magic
3 Supiorer Runes-1 Sup Energy Storage, 1 Sup Earth Magic, 1 random Sup of your choice.

Aura of Restoration, Order of Pain, Order of Vamp, Kinetic Armor, Anything else you want.

With the 3 Sup Runes and no vigor the Sacrafice from the Orders is less then the heal from Aura of Restoration so no dmg is taken. The Kinetic armor protects you with ~250 health in your bar. Since you are casting Orders almost constantly, Kinetic will stay.
Sounds like a good thing for PvP I think.

Even without considering enchantment stripping or degen, that's pretty squishy unless you take Earth Magic higher.

I'm presuming you also have Armor of Earth in there.

Also -- Blood Renewal as a covering enchantment.
