Do u get more than 4 chars on a factions acc?

it says 4 standalone

2 additional 6 total if merged with chapter 1

Alright..here's how I've understood it..You have Guild wars currently. So you have four slots. If you purchase Guild wars factions, which is stand alone, you whill have gained four new character slots, BUT your previous characters with their skills, items, etc. will NOT be able to merge with that, SO. They give the option to LINK together both your GW and factions accounts. And if you do this, then your slot total will ONLY be 6. So its' your choice, if you want 4 more slots, but without your original guild wars characters. You can just play factions without linking it to your Guildwars account. But if you want them linked and having access to your characters and items from guild wars, link them, and only have two extra slots. Your choice

alright thanx dude, me personally, im gonna just go with linking and adding only 2 all i want is ritualist and an Element.
