The only thing about the expansion so far that angers me, is that you can't switch to the opposite side upon completing the missions for one.
Or do they have the same missions, just different names?

Is this a question or a statement?

You CAN change your Faction alliance, by changing Guilds.

Whether it's worth doing so just to play "both sides" of a mission is a personal choice.
