As the title says, I would like to buy a:

Damage +15% while health is above 50%

I'd prefer no mods, or negligible ones.

I do not want a longsword, or a forked sword, or a flamberge, or a scimitar.
No 14^50, 20<50, nor 15/-5.
No req 8/9
No sundering 10/10, Furious 10, +30 Health, unless you wish to sell it at a price that disregards the mod.
