I am considering 2 builds a r/e and a r/n .. want to play the one that is interesting and prolly less common.. ANY WAYS.. I am going to go high expertise and was wondering what non-ranger skills if any are affected by expertise. I have read that nec touch skills are reduced but by houw much I dont know, also do any ele skills get reduced.. ty

If you hover the mouse over the expertise attribute in the Hero screen, it says it only affects your Ranger traps, preparations and skills...but it can't hurt to test it out, and see if anything else is affected.

^dont listen to that guy, expertise effects all "skills" that includes necro skills - vampiric touch, vile touch, plague touch, ele skills - lit touch, all warrior skills, and all ranger skills
so basically, if you think its a spell, check the spell and see if it infact says "spell" or "skill"

Yes, you will be able to cast troll unguent at 13-14 expertise with 2 nrg only, but it wouldn't work if troll unguent was a spell.

As long as it's an Attack, Preparation, Trap, Ritual, Stance, Shout, Glyph or Skill, it will be affected. Click here to see Ensign's research.

Any skill(not "Skill") that is not a spell is affected. So even if youre using a Signet when Primal Echoes is up(signets cost 10 energy), itll be reduced.
