PC on +1 20% Blood Magic Wrapping

As above guys, can someone PC a +1 to Blood Magic 20% chance Staff wrapping please.

i think they are around 50k

or more. mostly casterskill +1 (20%) is sold for more, but u need specific buyers, thats the only problem

I got a bid at auction for one for 65K. However, it's a rare enough drop that I decided to keep it around for my necro, when I make it, so I didn't actually sell it.
