PC on bow, axe and a shield

Need a pc on these items please (all max armor/dmg)
Fiery War Axe of Enchanting (17%), +15%>50% req. 9
Shocking Half Moon, +15% w/enchanted, req. 8
Reinforced Buckler, armor +6 vs. fire, -2dmg when hexed, req 7 tactics (I'm thinking merchant this one but better safe than sorry )

10-15K on the axe?
I just bought a 15% enchanted req 8 half moon for 1.5K
I have no idea on the shield, but with req 7 it would be worth a K if it were white. So even though those mods are not super popular, I imagine it is worth something.
