Arg where the heck is Raptorhawk!? (spell breaker)

I've been wandering up and down Snake Dance trying to find Raptorhawk to get Spell Breaker. I've cought 2 other elites just walking around trying to find him. Could anyone post a picture that shows where on the map he is? Or try and give me some general directions towards where he is? Thanks.

going on 4 hours now, still havn't found the guy.

There are multipled spawn points for griffon bosses, fyi, so you can't always find him in the same spot. He may not even exist in a given instance of the map.

If at first you don't succeed, try try again. :-)

2 days and over 8 hours spent trying to find this guy. please someone tell me where you got it. i can say for sure he does not spawn in talus chute, as i have gone through there with henchmen and completely cleared the entire zone 5 times now, and no griffin boss named raptorhawk.

bump from page 5. there has to be someone who has gotten this spell. a group i was fighting last night was using it, but they weren't responding to whispers.

I just saw this guy in Snake Dance so he's definately in this zone.
Too bad I didn't have my SoC on since I wasn't expecting to find him...
Anyway, I found him in the middle part of the zone.
He's half way between Camp Rankor and Dreadnough's Drift.
That was where I found him. Doubt he's going to be the next time though.

You can check elite skill locations on this site but they missed the easiest capture location for this skill, which is shown in the printscreen right here:

extremely easy way to get him is to gather a full hench squad.. or just lina and alesia if you deal moderate damage.. then exit camp rankor to snake dance, just go down the slope, stay left and go up that cliff w/ the 3-4 griffs on it.. then follow the only path up there which is a dead end eventually... and either raptorhawk or another will spawn there

if its not him, rezone to camp rankor/repeat.. if its raptor .. well grats =P

Beat me to it, just follow the left wall through like 30 griffins, he is there at least like 75% of the time in my experience (15ish boss kills at that location).

I just went to that location metioned above 5 times but I didn't see it.
Maybe I am not lucky today.Gonna try it some other times.
