Well ive been playing the pve this whole time so far and my character has gotten to level 20 now. So after all this is it possible for me to go to playing pvp? and when will I be able to do this or what do i have to do to get to the pvp? thanks

there are pvp arenas for every level

Well... you should have been able to PvP the entire time at arenas? Now that you are 20 though you need to get to the other PvP arenas and you will be able to join in. The best idea would be to look at a map of Guild Wars to find where they are.

When i join a guild will i be able to take part in those tournaments and stuff if ive been playing pve the whole time? and do i need to make a pvp character to get all the benefits of pvp?

In a guild you will be able to do GVG, guild vs. guild combat with guild halls, etc. But you do not need to be in a guild to enjoy PVP. You can still go and join groups etc.

Ohhh thanks a lot for the replys. In regular pvp can you still take part in like capture the relic and those other types of play or is that only guildvguild?

Any PvE character can play in any type of PvP tournament, so long as you have visisted the place to enter them. A strictly PvP character cannot and will never be able to enter the PvE world. If you want to go to the HoH with your PvE chracter you must ascend and then beat the dragon lair mission, to gain access to the tomb of primeval kings. ^^

What is the hall of heroes for? what happens there or what do you do there thats so different?

so are capture the relic and other modes like that available for pvp not involving guilds?
