I think its worth more than 25k, just how much I honestly do not know. Only way to really see is to post a wts thread in sell section and see the offers you get. Also if people are pming you on guru or ingame about this item, thats a tell-tale sign of it being worth more than the pc's you might receive.

Oh well i dont know when im going to sell it as i may want to use it for my monk...
Does anyone else think it is worth over 25?

Well, the reason I don't view this over 25k is that, simply, its only 1 mod. Myself, and I believe many others view 1 mod being a handicap from a one-hand's full potential. While perfect recharge is great, it doesnt hold a candle to a +5e^50 and 20% skill recharge. At somepoint, there needs to be a line drawn to show that disparity. 20k or so seems to be it, IMO.

But hey, if you can get more than 20-25k, then go for it dude :P
