The value is totally subjective, but suffice is to say it aint gonna be huge. The staff is a good one for mesmer anything over 1000g would be gravy, I would charge about 1000g, if I was going to sell it.
The kicker is, salvage the insightful staff head and thats worth easy 10-15k, but then again you get the staff wrapping of shelter and your not gonna be happy. Myself Id take the gamble, you'll probably get the insightful head, but no guarantees understand that. Someone more knowledgeable than I(not that hard to find)may be able to comment on the chances but ?
The shield I think would be worth a bit +44 while enchanted I think would be worth a bit, but the -2 while hexed is the decider for most people, but Im not a warrior and know little in that regard .
Both of the reqs. are a bit high to expect huge cash, heres a trick that is harmless, throw out a few WTS at a proce you can live with, the market is saturated these days mind you, and see how you do. You do not have too sell it.
Now for hard numbers, I wouldnt sell the staff Id take the gamble and go for an easy 10k on an insightful staff head salvage. The shield I'd start at 2-3k and if people jump right on it,say its allready sold, and try a bit later for a bit more.
