This is a build I've been running in the RA's for a while now. Haven't gotten a chance to use it in TA's yet but its surprisingly effective.

Class: Ranger/Monk

Armor and Weapons: Druid's Armor with the beastmaster attribute mask. For weapons go with an Insightful Smiting Staff of Enchanting, or something of the sort.

Attributes:
Beast Mastery: 14-15
Smiting Prayers: 12
Expertise: Everything else

Skills:
Ferocious Strike {Elite}
Feral Lunge
Judge's Insight
Balthazar's Aura
Strength of Honor
Charm Animal
Comfort Animal
-free slot-

Strategy: With this build your pet deals high dmg to the enemy of your choice. While the pre-battle countdown timer is going put Strength of Honor on your pet. Once battle starts choose an enemy. Attack them so your pet runs at them then target your pet. Put on Judge's INsight and Balth's AUra. Even if the enemy tries a self heal, they should be dead fairly quickly. After you use those skills your energy should be pretty low. Use Ferocious Strike to recover and then Feral Lunge if your target is still alive.

i also suggest last slot should be a rez

The reason I go with R/Mo over Mo/R is because if you're a monk primary everyone will target you and you wont last long because you have no self heals.
