Ok im lookin for the staff you get as a reward for the quest, Fires in the East in Ascalon

its stats r something like

10-15 (dont really no)
energy +4
energy +3 (health > 80%)
energy +3 (health > 60%)
energy +3 (health > 40%)

please sell this to me i think i may have accidently done the quest and sold the item
