[PC]: A Sexy, perhaps, uber shield?

I've been informed that a -3 dmg mod is very rare and that if this was a max amr shield, that it would be in the range of 200-300k.

If this is true, what does the 1 armor deviation hold from its full potential value?

then make a sad face

So this wouldn't be worth anything?

imo u can still sell it to some1 for a few k. but only to people who are like "OMG STATS STATS!"
