-50 Offhand Question

So obviously, almost everyone knows about the -50 hp quest reward that you have to have to be a 55 monk. My question is, does the -50 mod ever apear on dropped offhands? I've talked to people who swear up and down that they've seen/had one, but I haven't found any hard evidence. Could someone solve this mystery for me?

No, the max you can get is -20 from a dropped offhand.

And you don'thave to be a 55 monk. There are quite an abundance of 55 necromancer's and ..some 55 mesmers.

But yes, only -20 offhands could be dropped. Otherwise, there wouldn't be such panic when there are threads that occasionally pop up claiming that 'Cities of Ascalon' was 'nerfed'.

I would suggest waiting for possible skill nerv before you even buy anything to become a 55 anything, just to be safe.
