Ouch... Difficult one, Omeriko2... Two max upgrades on a single staff, therefore 50-50 chance for either one... I would sell as it is as it's got both inherent mods - one perfect and the other almost perfect. As for the price...

sell for above pc imo it's not worth salvaging since its almost perfect the way it is and salvaging would be a waste...

keep it as it is. dont salvage, sell for that that 75k~ish pc, if u need a staff wraps of healing prayers +1 20% wisper me, dont spoil this staff for it
