My computer suddenly decided to reboot midgame (apparently a problem with my ATI display driver... never happened before)
Usually when I use Gale I have a high Air magic (so if this usually happens, ignore), but today I brought it with only 4 in Air (the minimum req) Anyway, I used Gale, it failed, saying Air Magic < 5.

Note the wording. It says four or below, so four can have a failure rate of 50%, same as 0,1,2, and 3. It does not say below four.
