The req is in divine though ... so you need a straight heal monk to pull it off, or some heal build that requires maxed out divine.

1k, energy while hexed is basically garbage, (no offense to you, talking about the weapon), and u can get collectors 20/20 stuff for healing, and yes, 13 is real high. i'd say 1k as max.
