PC: Sundering (10/10) Chaos Axe of Fortitude (+29) Req 9 14^50

Anyone know how much I can get for this? I am putting a 10/10 grip on it, and it came with a +29, I could go off and buy the +30 but does it really matter that much?

I am hoping for 125k+ and hopefully closer to 200k+

don't really see it hitting 200k... 125k is more likely IMO ... too many chaos axes, but who knows..
