PC on Gold Fellblade (15% damage always)

Hey there was just wondering how much this fellblades was worth-

Gold Cruel Fellblades of Enchanting
Slashing Damage 11-22 (Req 10 Swordsmenship)
Damage +15%
Armour -10 (when attacking)
Lenghtens Deep Wound duration on foes by 33%
Enchantments last 15% longer

Was just wondering if puting certain mods on it would boost its value, or shloud i just sell it as it is

sell as is.. I'd say 300-400k

200k max, 10 req is meh and -10 armour FTL.
