Im not yet sure of what stats are available on the new shields to be honest , if -2 dge stanced -5 % chance is possible then i would lower pc to 100k

-2 (9%) isn't even an old max mod [-3 (10%)] and we have yet to see if it is possible to get dual dmg reduction with the new mod [-5 (20%) & -2 stance/ench] cause everyone's gonna want one of those then.
