I checked the baseline mod for my Staff Wrapping of Fortitude (+30) HP's and it says roughly from 20k-35k. Trying to sell and people are saying its from 10k-15k.

Any help would be much appreciated.

20-25k IMO.. sounds like they are lowballing :P
