This is just my opinion of course.

I just find the Arenas boring now. Ever since they combined them and made them the same setup just in different locations, I get tired of playing them. I used to love playing as my PvP monk and kicking butt in the different Arenas, but after playing today I barely had the desire to heal my teammates after the first match. I wish they had kept them the way they were. I guess I'll just be playing Tombs from now on. Anyone else agree?

How is it more boring now that you have to cycle maps and rules in the arenas rather than just play the same damn Fort Koga over and over?

The fact is there is no variety in the battles now. It's just 4v4 battles.

Yeah i was under the impression that once you walked into an arena and won you would be taken to another arena similar to the one you just left. Like if your in the shiverpeaks youd cycle between 4 different shiverpeaks arenas, not fight in arenas in remote locations randomly. It just doesnt make sence at all.

I do not understand. I reached Yaks Bend last night and played in the arena there about 10 matches. Every fight was the same. It was always the same snowy area with a lake in the middle and the rules as far as I could tell (there were no messages) were always just kill the other team. Should I have seen different maps and different rules?

All the upper level arenas were combined into a arena ion Lions Arch, called the Competition Arenas. You'll get there soon, no worries.

The arena merger only applies to the level 20 arenas, where there were previously 4 or 5 different arena zones, there is only one zone now which cycles through all these maps.

Wandering my own road.

The difference between the regular 4 vs 4 matches where the goal is to kill all enemies, and the match where you have to score the most amount of kills is immense.
Really not an arena I like at all.
ALSO, it's pretty stupid that the Exhaustion conditions remains after resurrection in that arena. (You died, you get a full heal without Death Penalty, and yet, for some reason, you get to carry over your exhaustion =\)

On the up-side, it's much less frequent to get the, "No opposing teams" message.
On the down-side, you miss out on the variety of the other arenas, and a build that might work in one of the random arenas could be very ineffective on another, and your sole intention could be to test a single concept, which won't happen until you luck out and get the right arena.
