PC on a 15^50 Fellblade

Right, i've been to FoW again for a change (haven't gone there for over 5 months since my drops always sucked), i gave it a try with my mesmer (instead of my monk)

First chest we come across, i got golden max dmg Fellblade, 15^50, with 10/8 sundering mod, req 10 swordsmanship

Anyone have an idea on how much i could get it sold for? And if i put perfect mods on it?

Probably around 200k, some people like req. 10 items too ^^

Let's say 10/10 sundering, +30hp?
Or would the 10/8 sundering be decent enough as well?

I would leave clean casue other people might just over right....but if you added mods you might beable o get 250k out of it.
